We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:

  • Maintaining attorney calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing and organizing legal documents
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Filing and retrieving documents on NYSCEF and PACER
  • Providing general administrative support

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent typing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
