Legal Secretary/assistant office administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Assistant Office Administrator to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will experience e-fling, managing Outlook calendars, Tabs billing system, and Worldox document management program. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while supporting attorneys in their daily operations.

Duties

  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, including correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments, interviews, and court dates for clients and attorneys.
  • Prepare and file documents with courts and other legal entities as required.
  • Communicate with courts and opposing counsel for scheduling.
  • Utilize Tabs for opening files.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing case files.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Administrative skills that include scheduling, document preparation, and client interaction.

  • Legal administrative experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
