Flatworld Solutions is on the lookout for a dynamic Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) Manager to lead our high-performing team in Bengaluru.

If you’re a law graduate with a background in non-litigation practice and have the drive to build, manage, and grow LPO operations—this could be your next big career move!

What we’re looking for:

• A Law Graduate with strong communication skills (written & spoken)
  
• Proven experience in LPO or non-litigation law practice
  
• Hands-on experience in team management, client engagement, and revenue ownership
  
• Someone ready to join us immediately or within 1 month

Work Format: Work from Office (Banaswadi, Bengaluru)
