Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Legal Manager with 15+ years of experience in real estate to lead our legal and compliance functions. The candidate will be responsible for handling property transactions, contracts, litigation, and regulatory compliance to safeguard the company’s real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all real estate legal matters including property acquisition, sales, leasing, and joint development.
• Conduct title verification, due diligence, and property documentation review.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MoUs, lease deeds, and sale agreements.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, municipal laws, and corporate governance.
• Represent the company in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external counsels.
• Advise senior management on legal risks and business implications.
• Mentor and guide the in-house legal team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Law graduate (LLB/LLM) with 15+ years of proven legal experience in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of property law, RERA, land acquisition, and corporate compliance.
• Expertise in contract drafting, property due diligence, and litigation management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple real estate projects and complex transactions.
