Job Description

As a Legal Specialist with Quant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and professional support on legal analysis, legal documents, and court matters and performing the day-to-day legal work streams with timely and effective deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and summarizing research when requested so that relevant data and information is available in a timely and easy-to-use manner, to facilitate resolving legal matters.
  
• Maintain an up-to-date database of all relevant laws and regulations to provide a convenient source of reference to the organization.
  
• Handling renewal of corporate licenses and other authorizations.
  
• Give accurate and timely counsel to internal stakeholders.
  
• Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents such as contracts, agreements etc.
  
• Assist with updating company contracts, such as employment contracts, service contracts, etc.
  
• Handles the day-to-day legal operations.
  
• Coordinating and preparing administrative reports as required.
  
• Liaise with law firms and partners to perform a variety of legal requirements of the company.
  
• Ensure implementation of legal compliance requirements as per government standards and laws.
  
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
  

Requirements Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.

Proven experience in legal roles.

Preferred Personal Qualities:

• Strong analytical and research skills.
  
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in legal documentation.
  
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of legal processes, including contract review, legal research, and document preparation.
  
• Strong understanding of legal practices relevant to tech companies.
  
• Familiarity with legal software and tools for research and documentation.
