• Manage legal&compliance establishment of offices across MENA.
• Oversee company licensing, renewals, and statutory registrations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local laws throughout the MENA region.
• Develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and operational risks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and agreements.
• Coordinate dispute resolution and manage external counsel.
• Maintain corporate records and legal documentation.
• Conduct compliance and risk management training for employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in legal, compliance, or corporate governance.
• Experience with company incorporation and licensing in MENA.
• Knowledge of compliance, corporate law, and risk management.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
