Legal Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage legal actions to collect outstanding debts owed to the company.
• Review and analyze agreements, payment terms, and other documentation to strengthen the company's position in collection cases.
• Engage in negotiations with debtors, customers, and opposing parties to reach settlements.
• Manage the entire litigation process for collection and sales cases, including filing complaints, responding to legal motions, attending court hearings, and representing the company's interests in legal proceedings.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all collection and sales-related legal matters, including correspondence, court documents, and settlement agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate law.
• Law license.
• Saudi Citizen.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
