Job Title: Legal Specialist (Labor)

Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Years of Experience: 2+ years


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal consultations and opinions on matters related to Saudi Labor Law and employment regulations.

• Prepare, review, and draft legal documents, memoranda, and pleadings related to labor disputes and employment issues.

• Represent clients before labor courts, committees, and relevant government authorities.

• Analyze and interpret Saudi Labor Law provisions to support case strategies and legal arguments.

• Advise clients and corporate entities on compliance with employment regulations and labor relations requirements.

• Conduct legal research and comparative studies to support opinions, defenses, and case preparation.

• Prepare legal reports and summaries on labor and employment matters for internal and external use.

• Negotiate settlements in labor disputes and participate in dispute resolution procedures.

• Monitor legislative updates and regulatory changes in Saudi employment law and ensure their proper application.

• Collaborate with legal teams in drafting and reviewing contracts, company policies, and other related documents.

• Assist in developing legal strategies and presenting recommendations to management or clients.

• Provide legal training and awareness sessions related to labor law and employee rights.

• Support the litigation process by collecting evidence, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with relevant parties.

• Contribute to strategic legal projects and initiatives that enhance compliance and risk mitigation.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and related government procedures.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic (essential).


Essential Skills:

• Excellent understanding of employment law and HR legal practices within the Saudi market.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to draft, interpret, and review legal documents with a high degree of precision.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for internal and external interactions.

• Proactive approach in identifying legal risks and providing practical solutions.
