We are looking to hire a Legal & Regulatory Support Specialist who will be responsible for supporting legal matters, drafting correspondence, and ensuring compliance with Court requirements for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the most prestigious organizations in the region.


This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months. The person will be responsible for handling Court-related matters, preparing official correspondence, and liaising with government entities to ensure accurate and timely execution of legal requirements.


Key responsibilities:

  • Handle all legal matters received from Dubai Courts to ensure timely and complete responses (e.g., drafting Court letters, preparing documentation), and liaise with government entities when required to enhance communication channels.
  • Prepare official legal correspondence and communications to government entities on matters affecting the organization and its jurisdiction.
  • Ensure responses to Court inquiries, requests for information, and necessary actions are completed by other departments in coordination with the Line Manager.
  • Prepare and submit all responses to requests for information, and liaise internally for proper implementation of Court orders as directed by the Line Manager.
  • Assist in the implementation and execution of Court orders and ensure follow-up actions are conducted within given timeframes.
  • Carry out activities related to Court orders, collecting and providing all necessary information and documents requested by the Court in collaboration with other departments.
  • Coordinate, attend, and follow up with Courts, police, and public prosecution offices for any legal matters related to companies registered under the organization.


Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • 2-5 years in legal support, litigation coordination, or regulatory affairs, ideally within government or large organizations in UAE.
  • Experience in court matters, liquidation procedures, and police processes.
  • Ability to prepare official correspondence in both Arabic and English.
  • UAE regulatory environment and legal compliance.
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive legal matters.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and legal document management.


Availability:

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately after accepting the offer.
