We seek a detail-oriented candidate to work under the supervision of and provide administrative support to our Corporate Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs.
Job Requirements:

Primary focus will be supporting and assisting in the processing of litigation, corporate legal matters, and HR compliance

Conduct basic research on employment law topics, labor regulations, HR compliance requirements, and relevant case law under the guidance of the Director of Legal Affairs.

Assist in drafting employment policies, training materials, company procedures, and other sensitive employment documents ensuring legal compliance.
- Monitor the Paycom HRIS system to red flag and elevate problems in onboarding, performance management tracking, insurance enrollment and processing, leave administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- Participate in confidential legal and factual investigations related to internal complaints, subpoenas, employment relations, or other legal civil matters.
- Assist in auditing HRIS, wage and hour, and internal procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Review and monitor employee training ensuring the Learning Management System is current, compliant, and reflects the company’s training culture.
- Support general corporate legal needs related to litigation, human resources, or labor law policy implementation.
- Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and progress using SmartSheet software.
- Work closely with and report to the Director of Legal Affairs, providing regular updates on projects, investigations, and compliance matters.
Qualifications/Experiences:

Experience in a supportive legal, employment, or government role is preferred.
- Experience with Paycom (or other HRIS) software is a plus.

Familiarity with civil legal procedure, leave laws, ADA interactive process, and litigation preparation would be helpful but not necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Attention to detail in document preparation and data management.
- Track record of working within a professional environment.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and supportive role skills.

High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential / sensitive information.
