To strengthen our technology team, we are seeking an experienced LegalTech Systems Architect to design and oversee advanced digital platforms tailored for the legal industry.

Role Overview

The LegalTech Systems Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions that support legal workflows, compliance, and digital transformation. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong knowledge of legal processes, and the ability to align systems architecture with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable LegalTech systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams to define requirements and solutions.
• Integrate AI, automation, and data analytics into legal workflows.
• Ensure systems meet regulatory, security, and data protection standards.
• Oversee system architecture, infrastructure, and integration with existing platforms.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
• Stay updated on emerging LegalTech trends and innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in LegalTech or compliance-driven industries.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and ERP/CRM systems.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, and automation tools in legal or compliance contexts.
• Familiarity with legal processes, document management, and e-discovery systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to KD2,800.000 per month
