Legionella Remedial Plumber - South

ROLE: Legionella Remedial Plumber
HOURS: Full-time (40 Hours)
LOCATION: South London (SE 20)

We're looking for a Legionella Remedial Plumber who will operate across a wide range of client sites in South London, carrying out monitoring, remedial cleaning, chemical testing and minor plumbing tasks in line with Legionella control programmes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
• Perform monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, water sampling and chemical testing across multiple sector properties.
• Maintain customer water safety logbooks in accordance with ACOP L8 and company guidelines.
• Complete and submit all documentation in a timely manner, including following up on customer queries.
• Undertake water system cleaning and disinfection in accordance with the Water Technical Manual.

Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential minimum requirement).
• Experience as a Commercial Plumber within the FM sector.
• Experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment (desirable).
• Basic IT skills, preferably including Microsoft Office packages.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
