1) Gym & Membership Management

Handle all gym membership sales, renewals, cancellations,
Maintain accurate membership records and ensure timely clearance and payment processing.
Promote gym packages, and seasonal membership deals.
Assist guests with gym equipment usage and ensure all equipment is in safe working condition.
Monitor gym cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the day.

2) Gaming Room & Golf Simulator Operations

Oversee daily operations of the gaming room and golf simulator.
Provide guests with instructions on how to use gaming equipment, consoles, and golf simulator systems.
Manage reservations, time slots, and usage schedules for the game room and simulator.
Promote gaming packages, group sessions, and leisure events.
Ensure all devices/equipment are functional; report any technical issues immediately.
Maintain a fun, safe, and organized environment for all age groups.

3) Pool & Outdoor Leisure Activities

Coordinate and support poolside activities for adults and children (games, competitions, aqua activities, etc.).

Assist with towel service, activity setup, safety checks, and guest engagement around the pool.

Promote leisure programs, seasonal events, and family activities available at the pool area.

Ensure all poolside areas are clean, safe, and properly prepared throughout operating hours.

4) Guest Experience & Operations Support

Provide warm greetings, answer inquiries, and assist guests with leisure-related information.

Handle bookings, payments, charges, in the recreation system accurately.

Promote all leisure facilities, activities, and packages to enhance guest experience and revenue.

Provide tours of the gym, gaming room, pool area, and leisure activities when needed.

Ensure all safety guidelines, operational SOPs, and brand standards are consistently followed.

Communicate guest feedback and improvement opportunities to the Manager. Apply no-show and late-cancellation charges as appropriate.

Additional Duties
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Room Division Manager, adapting to evolving business needs to support departmental and hotel objectives.

What We Need from You:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle guest concerns and transform them into positive outcomes.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Technically savvy with proficiency in computers and hotel reservation systems.
