Lending Coordinator/Lending CSR

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to handle customer complaints, ensure service quality, follow up with potential clients, and provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer complaints related to lending.

Ensure all calls are answered on time.

Clear all WhatsApp chats daily before 8:00 PM.

Provide daily feedback on online dealings and service quality.

Follow up with potential clients and leads.

Maintain customer records and check registration details in the system.

Requirements:

Good communication skills.

Customer handling experience preferred.

Ability to work under targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
