Qualifications:

  • Male Levant nationals preferably in their 30s
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3-4 years of restaurant management experience with Levant or Middle Eastern cuisine.
  • Strong leadership, financial management and customer service skills with sound knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and standard operating procedures.
