We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level/Level 1 IT Help Desk Technician. What You'll Do as an IT Help Desk Technician:

• Be the First Line of Support-Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing responsive, professional technical support and creating a positive customer experience.
• Solve Problems Daily-Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues remotely, helping clients stay productive and minimizing downtime.
• Manage Service Requests-Create, organize, and update service tickets while ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service expectations.
• Collaborate with the Team-Escalate more complex issues to advanced technicians and work closely with your team to deliver seamless support.
• Communicate with Purpose-Provide clear, professional communication with end users while documenting issues, solutions, and next steps.
• Support Business Operations-Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and basic administrative IT tasks that keep organizations running smoothly.
• Grow Your Skills-Learn new technologies, tools, and systems while building a strong technical foundation for your IT career.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to learn, grow, and develop technical expertise
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking
• A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others succeed

Bonus (Not Required):

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT or Computer Science
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or remote monitoring tools
• Exposure to Active Directory, Azure AD, or Microsoft certifications
