ey Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance, alerts, and alarms through NOC monitoring tools.
- Perform initial troubleshooting for network incidents and escalate issues as per SOPs.
- Log, track, and update incidents within the ticketing system.
- Coordinate with Level 2/Level 3 teams for timely resolution of technical issues.
- Ensure all outages, faults, and service degradations are documented and communicated.
- Provide support for routine maintenance activities.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates within defined SLAs.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on network performance and incidents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecom, or related field.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, VPN).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts (24/7 operations).
Experience
- 0–1 year of experience in NOC or IT Support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
