RN Endoscopy (Contract to Perm) – NY 14456

• Contract Length: 16 Weeks (05/11/2026 – 08/29/2026)

• Schedule: Full-Time, 4x8-hour shifts (9x8s biweekly)

• Shift Times: Variable start times between 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM (e.g., 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM / 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM / 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

• Hours: 36 hrs/week + Call

• Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week

• Call Requirements: 6–8 days/month (includes 1 Friday, 1 Saturday, 1 Sunday); 1-hour response time

• Weekends/Holidays: No weekends/holidays except call

• Float: Required between GGH and FLSC as needed

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide Endo nursing care (pre-op, intra-procedure, post-op) across patient populations

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; administer medications

• Monitor patient status and respond to changes; ensure safety and compliance

• Educate patients/families on procedures and post-care needs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Active NYS RN Licensure

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS Certifications (required)

• Minimum 1 year Endoscopy RN experience

• Ability to work variable shifts and participate in call rotation

• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills

• Willingness to work in environment with potential exposure to blood/body fluids
