Job Title: LGSF Engineer Experience
Required: 7–8 Years experience
Role & Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Prepare and review LGSF structural drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details.
- Coordinate with architects, structural designers, and project managers to finalize design inputs.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for LGSF works.
2. Structural Design & Technical Analysis
- Perform structural analysis for LGSF components such as studs, joists, tracks, and trusses.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes (IS/BS/AISI) and project specifications.
- Optimize steel usage while maintaining structural stability and cost efficiency.
3. Fabrication & Production Oversight
- Supervise LGSF panel fabrication activities in the factory.
- Ensure accuracy in CNC machine operations, roll-forming processes, and panel assembly.
- Conduct quality checks for raw materials, fabricated members, and finished panels.
4. Site Execution & Installation
- Lead the erection and installation of LGSF structures at site.
- Monitor alignment, leveling, anchoring, and bracing during installation.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
5. Quality Control & Compliance
- Implement QA/QC procedures for LGSF materials and installations.
- Conduct inspections as per approved QAP/ITP.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, site protocols, and regulatory norms.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, material consumption reports, and site logs.
- Maintain updated documentation for design revisions, approvals, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with clients for technical clarifications, inspections, and handovers.
7. Team Management & Coordination
- Guide junior engineers, supervisors, and technicians involved in LGSF works.
- Conduct training on LGSF systems, safety, and installation best practices.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for smooth workflow and timely project completion.
8. Client & Stakeholder Interaction
- Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and site reviews.
- Provide expert inputs on LGSF system feasibility, advantages, and design options.
- Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction through timely deliverables.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of LGSF design principles, structural engineering basics, and load calculations.
- Proficiency in software such as Frame CAD, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Understanding of fabrication processes, roll-forming machines, and site installation methods.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
