Job Summary

The Corporate Liaisoning Executive facilitates effective communication and coordination between the organization and external stakeholders, including vendors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities. The role supports corporate operations through compliance management, relationship building, and professional stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & External Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external stakeholders such as corporate vendors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships to support corporate operations and long-term business goals.
  • Coordinate meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure effective communication and timely outcomes.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare, review, and submit reports related to external interactions, regulatory matters, and stakeholder engagements to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of official correspondence, contracts, approvals, and agreements in accordance with corporate documentation standards.

Regulatory Liaison & Corporate Compliance

  • Coordinate with statutory and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with corporate laws, labor regulations, taxation requirements, and industry standards.
  • Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of documentation for licenses, permits, registrations, renewals, and corporate approvals.
  • Monitor compliance timelines and support internal audits or inspections as required.

Issue Resolution & Internal Coordination

  • Address and resolve concerns raised by external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure efficient resolution of compliance and operational matters.

Negotiation & Agreement Support

  • Assist in negotiations related to vendor agreements, service contracts, banking arrangements, and other corporate partnerships.
  • Ensure contractual terms align with company policies, compliance requirements, and strategic objectives.

Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and business partners.
  • Represent the organization professionally in all external dealings, contributing to a positive corporate image and stakeholder confidence.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or Arts
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in a corporate liaisoning, coordination, or stakeholder management role.
  • Prior experience dealing with corporate vendors, banks, and regulatory or government authorities is preferred.
  • Knowledge of corporate compliance requirements, documentation processes, and regulatory procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
