Position Summary:
The Liaisoning Agent will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities, hospital management, consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of hospital infrastructure projects. The role requires strong knowledge of statutory compliance, regulatory approvals, and hospital facility norms, especially related to modular Operation Theatres (OTs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with local, state, and central government authorities for obtaining necessary approvals, NOCs, and clearances for hospital projects.
- Coordinate with hospital administration, architects, and contractors for timely completion of civil, electrical, and biomedical works.
- Facilitate and monitor the design, planning, and execution of modular Operation Theatres as per NABH, WHO, and international guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire norms during construction and commissioning stages.
- Support project management team in documentation, tendering, and vendor coordination.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding project progress, approvals, and challenges.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of hospital infrastructure norms and healthcare regulations.
- Experience in handling constructed modular OT projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and liaisoning skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Problem-solving and proactive approach to approvals and compliance.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Hospital Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in liaisoning and hospital infrastructure projects.
- Experience in setting up modular Operation Theatres will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
