JOB DESCRIPTION-

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Liaisoning Executive handle real estate liaisoning activities with government authorities, municipal bodies, and regulatory agencies. The role involves ensuring timely approvals, clearances, and compliance for various real estate projects, while maintaining strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure statutory compliance in land acquisition, land use conversion, building approvals, zoning, and environmental clearances.
• Track and manage the process for registrations, NOCs, sanctions, and renewals related to real estate projects.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with government officials and consultants to expedite approvals.
• Coordinate with legal teams on property documents, land titles, and due diligence.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and MIS reports for liaisoning activities.

Requirements:

• Strong networking and relationship-building with government authorities.
• Excellent knowledge of real estate laws, land acquisition procedures, and approval processes.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
