librarian 2025-2026

Saint Bernadette Catholic School, a parochial PreK-8th grade school, located in West Springfield, VA, is seeking a full-time librarian to join our team for the rest of the 2025-2026 school year.

Duties include:
specifying learning objectives;

implementing the Diocesan curriculum using a variety of research-based teaching strategies; and

evaluating student progress.

The ideal candidate has: a deep devotion to the Catholic faith, experience teaching, strong classroom management techniques, and effective communication skills. Candidates should be passionate about education and have a love for the students.

Qualifications include: a bachelor's degree in education or related field and Virginia state licensure or the ability to obtain VCEA certificaton.
