In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and
Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you’ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and
disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.
In this role, you will:

Create and review schematic and footprint symbols representing electronic components to be used on a printed circuit board

Ensure new and updated symbols conform to company guidelines

Maintain ECAD library for updated guidelines and resolve issues in response to feedback received from engineering & designers

Update company guidelines with new rules established by library team, designers, operations, and other disciplines
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience working in an engineering and/or technical environment, with an interdisciplinary team (electrical, mechanical, operations) to arrive at an agreed solution

Ability to develop and maintain ECAD libraries

Detail oriented with ability to identify inconsistencies of significance

Skilled in research, both online and within internal tools

Demonstrably strong communication skills

Flexibility to adapt to changing design and program needs, guidelines and process

Self-motivated, able to work independently, and committed to self-improvement

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- 4+ years experience developing and maintaining ECAD libraries

Engineering Degree or Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent

Proficiency with Cadence SPB software package version 17.4 or newer, including PCB Editor, Design Entry HDL and System Capture

Knowledgeable in IPC-7351

Knowledgeable in IPC-2221

Experience with version control tools and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for the release and update of designs and data
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70828 - $120408
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
