Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily library operations and maintain library resources.
  • Organize books, digital resources, and reference materials.
  • Assist students and teachers in locating and using library materials.
  • Maintain an updated catalog of library items.
  • Oversee book lending, returns, and inventory records.
  • Promote reading culture through library activities and programs.
  • Ensure a quiet, safe, and conducive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or a related field (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Librarian in a school environment (UAE experience preferred).
  • MoE approval is required.
  • Strong organizational and cataloging skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic IT and library management software knowledge.
  • Candidates based in Ajman or Sharjah are preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority.
