Library Assistant (Part time)

Tippecanoe County Public Library seeks a reliable and detail oriented individual to join the staff at the Holman branch. The successful candidate will provide excellent public service at the library's Reference and Information desks and in the Portal technology center, responding to informational queries, helping customers locate and access materials and provide basic assistance with computers and other office machines and technology. The Library Assistant will also assist with processing magazines and newspapers, departmental programs, creating and distributing informational brochures and other materials and shelf reading. This is a year-round position. Some college preferred. Starting pay is $13.61/hour with paid leave benefits.
