Library Coordinator

• Organize and maintain the fragrance library, including cataloging new samples, updating inventory records, and ensuring proper storage conditions.
• Implement efficient systems for tracking sample usage, replenishment, and disposal in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of all fragrance samples, including batch information.
• Conduct regular quality checks on fragrance samples to ensure integrity, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address any issues or discrepancies identified during sample evaluation.
• Review and initiate new projects from the sales team and gather project requirements.
• Work with Perfumers, Marketing, and Sales teams to set project objectives.
• Manage and coordinate sample requests from customers and ensure timely fulfillment and accurate documentation.
• Gather customer feedback on submitted samples and address customer inquiries and concerns.
