This is a part-time, 20-hour-per-week position involving various tasks related to the physical flow and upkeep of library materials.
Examples of work:-
Sorts, routes, checks-in, and shelves library materials accurately and efficiently.

Reviews shelved library materials to ensure accuracy of placement.

Maintains order and attractiveness of library collections through balancing, edging, and shifting materials.

Clears areas such as carts, baskets, and tables of library materials.

Performs other tasks of a similar nature as assigned
We currently have the following position available:
West Leonard Branch
Monday - Tuesday: 12-4pm
Wednesday - Thursday: 10am-2pm
Saturday: 10am-2pm
Occasionally required: Sundays from 1-5 pm
This position will be regularly scheduled at the listed branch. However, this position will also be required to periodically work shifts at other branches as needed.Applicants will need to pass the Page Test after their interview to be considered for the position. The Page Test involves putting call numbers in alpha-numeric order and will be administered on site directly after the interview.
