Under limited supervision, serves as Teen Library Space Coordinator in the Library Experience department. Responsible for developing customer service practices and spaces for teen customers, relationship-building, and the overall teen library experience as their assigned location. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating the teen space and ensuring services are aligned with the library’s strategic goals and implemented effectively. Responsible for supervising, training, and evaluating subordinate staff; establishing standards for services and collections, and space use; developing and supporting volunteer opportunities for teens; researching and formulating long-range goals; developing guidelines and procedures; and planning and evaluating services and initiatives that support teen engagement. Reports to the Library Experience Manager or Library Experience Assistant Manager.

A combination of higher education and/or experience equivalent to 7 years and 1 -2 years with supervisory responsibilities; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Requires a valid driver’s license.
