Library/Media Paraprofessional

Job Goal:
Assist students and teachers in finding resources, provide administrative support to the librarian, and ensure the library/media center maintains an organized and conducive environment for learning and research.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or coursework in library science or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a library setting, particularly in a school environment, is a plus.
• Familiarity with library cataloging systems, digital resources, and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
