Position Summary
The Chiropractor is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with neuromusculoskeletal disorders, focusing on the spine and its impact on overall health. The role involves providing non-invasive, manual adjustments and complementary therapies to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and enhance overall well-being, while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and professional practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties
- Assess, diagnose, and treat conditions related to the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system.
- Perform manual spinal adjustments, manipulations, and other therapeutic techniques.
- Develop customized treatment plans to address patients’ individual needs.
- Provide guidance on posture, lifestyle, ergonomics, and exercise to support long-term recovery and health.
- Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for integrated care.
- Manage patients with chronic conditions, sports injuries, workplace injuries, and posture-related disorders.
- Refer patients to other specialists when additional medical intervention is required.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinic policies, and local licensing requirements.
- Provide periodic reports to management on patient progress and case outcomes.
Patient Education & Communication
- Educate patients and families on chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and preventive health strategies.
- Promote awareness of chiropractic services within the community, when required.
- Ensure excellent patient experience through empathetic communication and professional service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Licensure/Certification: Valid license/eligibility to practice as a Chiropractor in [country/UAE].
- Experience: Minimum [2–3 years] of clinical experience in chiropractic practice (experience in multidisciplinary medical centers preferred).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of spinal health, musculoskeletal conditions, and holistic care.
- Excellent manual adjustment and therapeutic skills.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
