Title: License Plate Review Supervisor (On-site)

Location: Sunrise, FL || Duration: Full-Time

Schedule: Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. This position supports a 7-day operation and may require occasional weekend or holiday coverage.

About the Role

Kyra Solutions is seeking an experienced License Plate Review Supervisor to lead daily image review operations supporting electronic toll collection programs throughout the United States.

The Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of License Plate Reviewers, monitoring production queues, ensuring service levels are achieved, and driving continuous improvement in quality and productivity.

This position combines operational leadership, workforce management, quality oversight, and performance coaching.

Required Skills and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
* Experience managing performance metrics and production goals.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
* Experience in tolling, transportation, transaction processing, customer service operations, or back-office operations.
* Experience with quality assurance or auditing programs.
* Experience supporting distributed or remote teams.

Primary Responsibilities

Team Leadership
* Supervise and support License Plate Reviewers.
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
* Conduct team meetings and operational briefings.
* Assist with onboarding and training activities.

Operations Management
* Monitor daily workload and queue volumes.
* Ensure staffing aligns with operational demand.
* Manage priorities to meet turnaround requirements.
* Escalate operational risks and service impacts.

Quality and Performance
* Monitor accuracy, productivity, and utilization metrics.
* Identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
* Support quality assurance and audit activities.
* Implement corrective action plans when necessary.

Reporting and Communication
* Prepare operational updates and performance summaries.
* Communicate staffing, quality, and production concerns.
* Partner with management to improve processes and workflows.
