Licensed Aesthetician

Next Level Aesthetics is a medical spa specializing in advanced, results-driven medical facials and corrective skincare treatments. As we continue to expand, we are seeking experienced, licensed estheticians who are passionate about skincare, client experience, and professional growth to join our Brooklyn team.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced skincare treatments including:

• Customized medical-grade facials
• Microdermabrasion & hydrodermabrasion
• Dermaplaning
• Microneedling
• Chemical peels
• Body contouring treatments

Additional responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough client consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and post-care instructions
• Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and long-term results
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and documentation
• Support retail recommendations and treatment package sales when appropriate
• Maintain treatment rooms according to strict hygiene and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, professional environment

Qualifications

• Active New York State Esthetician License (required)
• Experience performing advanced skincare treatments in a medical spa or clinical environment - this is not an entry level position. We only hire estheticians with experience in the following: medical facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, body contouring and diode laser.
• Strong knowledge of skin conditions, contraindications, and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Friendly, personable, and client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
• Confidence in recommending treatments and skincare products

Pay: $185.00 - $225.00 per day
