Licensed Aesthetician

We are seeking a licensed aesthetician who is passionate about skin health, body treatments, and client experience to join our growing team.

This role includes performing treatments, assisting in clinical services, and supporting a high-end client experience in a physician-led environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow into advanced medical aesthetics.

Core Responsibilities

Clinical + Treatment Services

•Perform facials, chemical peels, and skin treatments

• Perform body contouring treatments (laser lipo, RF, EMS, cavitation, etc.)

• Assist physician with aesthetic procedures when needed

• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterile technique

Client Experience

• Provide high-touch, luxury client care

• Educate clients on treatment plans and skincare

• Recommend packages, memberships, and retail products

• Support consultations and follow-ups

Operations + Support

• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and supply inventory

• Assist with before/after photos and content capture (optional bonus skill)

• Help maintain smooth patient flow and scheduling support when needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Florida Aesthetician License

• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client care

• Professional communication and positive energy

• Willingness to learn new technologies and protocols

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with body contouring devices

• Experience in a medical spa or dermatology office

• Sales or treatment package experience

• Laser certification (bonus)

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
