Licensed Aesthetician

Hello Beautiful is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and heart-centered Aesthetician to join our team.

We are not your typical med spa. We are a wellness-focused, results-driven, relationship-centered destination where beauty, confidence, and health come together.

This position is part-time/ appointment-based, with opportunity to grow as demand increases.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas Aesthetician license
• Passion for corrective skincare and long-term client results
• Strong retail confidence and ability to recommend home care
• Professional, polished, and self-motivated
• Team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Social media confidence is a plus

Services You May Perform

• Customized facials
• Chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• Microneedling (if certified)
• Advanced skincare treatments
• Client consultations and treatment planning
• Lash extensions
• Headspa

(Experience with medical-grade skincare lines is a plus.)

Compensation

• Competitive pay (hourly + commission structure) Starting $17.00 but depends on experience.
