About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Aesthetician who is passionate about skincare, wellness, and

delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will be friendly, results-driven, and

confident in performing both traditional and advanced aesthetic treatments in a clinical

environment.

Responsibilities

● Perform facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and

other skincare treatments per training and protocol.

● Educate clients on skincare regimens, treatment plans, and product recommendations.

● Maintain treatment room cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards.

● Collaborate with providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

● Promote retail skincare lines and treatment packages to meet sales goals.

● Document treatments accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

● Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license in [State].

● 1–2 years of experience in spa or med spa settings (new grads encouraged).

● Strong product knowledge and communication skills.

● Flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
