Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic treatments with precision and care.
• Manage retail sales by recommending products suited to individual skin types and concerns; conduct product demos to educate clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations; ensure treatment areas are sanitized after each service.
• Engage with clients through excellent customer service skills; build rapport via social media management and guest services to foster loyalty.
• Assist at the front desk with appointment bookings, check-ins, and answering client inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
• Stay current on industry trends including color theory, nail care, barbering techniques, and the latest esthetic innovations to provide top-tier services.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proven experience in med spa settings or salons offering advanced aesthetic procedures.
• Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple appointments and oversee daily operations efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of educating clients about skincare routines, product use, and treatment options.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, social media management, and customer service excellence.
