Job Summary

House of Lore Med Spa is hiring an experienced Medical Aesthetician with strong skills in facials, chemical peels, brows/lashes, and medical-grade skincare sales. This is a results-driven role focused on client retention, rebooking, and revenue.

Laser experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform facials (including DiamondGlow), chemical peels, and brow/lash services
• Conduct consultations and create treatment plans
• Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare
• Drive rebooking, retention, and memberships
• Maintain accurate charting and high service standards
• Deliver a consistent, high-end client experience

Requirements

• Active Georgia Esthetician License
• 2+ years experience in a med spa or results-driven setting
• Strong experience with facials, peels, and brows/lashes
• Proven ability to sell skincare and upsell services
• Ability to build and retain a client base
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated

Preferred

• Experience with DiamondGlow
• Familiarity with ZO, Obagi, or similar lines
• Experience with packages or memberships
