Job Summary

Inspired Now Wellness is expanding its integrated care team at FMRC Family Medicine & Rehabilitation Centers in Knightdale, NC. We're building a first-of-its-kind whole-person wellness hub where independent contractors work alongside a family medicine team — serving patients who deserve more than a prescription. We are seeking a passionate, skilled and motivated Licensed Aesthetician to join our integrated wellness practice as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about skincare, holistic wellness, and client-centered care, and is interested in growing their own clientele within a supportive, collaborative environment. Contractors have the opportunity to bring existing clients and/or build their own client base while offering high-quality aesthetic and wellness services at 502 McKnight Dr., Knightdale, NC 27545.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional facial services and skincare treatments tailored to client needs
• Conduct skin assessments and consultations, recommending appropriate treatment plans and products
• Deliver a range of wellness-focused aesthetic services (e.g., facials, exfoliation treatments, acne care, anti-aging services)
• Educate clients on at-home skincare routines and product use
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary treatment environment in compliance with NC Board regulations
• Manage scheduling, client communication, and service delivery (based on contractor structure)
• Maintain accurate and timely client service notes/records
• Collaborate with wellness providers to support a holistic, integrated care experience
• Uphold professionalism, client confidentiality, and high service standards

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Esthetician License (required)
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in skincare services preferred
• Knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building and growing a clientele
• Ability to work independently within a shared wellness practice
• Passion for holistic wellness and integrative care
