Wisdom & Youth MedSpa is expanding, and we’re looking for am highly motivated expert Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team to support both locations in Westport and Shelton. Our practice is known for clinical excellence, customized treatment plans, and a warm, welcoming 5-diamond client experience. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking someone who brings both strong technical skill and a passion for patient-centered care.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on esthetics experience, is comfortable in a fast-paced medical aesthetic environment, and thrives when delivering results-driven treatments. This position is designed for the prospective employee to grow from part-time to full-time. You should be confident with both corrective and relaxing facial techniques along with having a strong understanding of skin health, product knowledge, consultation skills, safety and sales, and take initiative with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conduct thorough skin assessments and provide a full range of advanced facials and skincare treatments, including but not limited to:
• Clinical-grade facials
• Hydrating, brightening, and acne-focused treatments
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling (preferred but not required; training available)
• Deliver exceptional client experiences, from consultation through post-care
• Review schedule daily to anticipate the day / week, preparing the room to reflect as such
• Recommend appropriate home-care regimens
• Maintain strict adherence to cleanliness, sterile technique, and safety protocols
• Consistently assist with client scheduling, charting to maintain accurate records of treatments, interactions, preferences, inquiries and concerns, capture before/after photos, and treatment documentation
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, products, research, and treatment advancements.
• Collaborate with our injectors and providers to support integrated patient care plans
• Participate in occasional promotional events, content days, and educational trainings
• Assist with various projects and tasks to support overall business goals.
• Occasionally assist with front-desk responsibilities such as answering phones and scheduling patients as needed.
• Oversee aesthetic equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory to ensure adequate supplies at all times.
• Uphold company standards, protocols, and performance expectations consistently.

Requirements:

• Valid Connecticut Esthetician License
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in esthetics or medical aesthetics
• Excellent manual technique, professionalism, and bedside manner
• Strong understanding of skin health, ingredients, and product recommendations
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Passion for ongoing education and staying current with aesthetic trends
• Team player that takes initiative
• Availability for peak hours (including some evenings and weekends)
• Social media presence a plus.
