Licensed Aesthetician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various aesthetic treatments and services, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction. This role involves providing high-quality aesthetic services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all guests. The ideal candidate needs to be a team player willing to learn new equipment and technologies to drive customer sales for products and services.

Duties

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including but not limited to aesthetic laser treatments, body waxing, facials, microneedling, Visia, Glo2 Facials, and dermaplaning.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations and best practices. Team members are expected to clean their rooms at the end of each day.
• Utilize salon software such as Shopify and Aesthetic Record for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.
• Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing client needs, answering questions, and offering product demos.
• Assist with front desk operations including appointment bookings, client check-ins, and retail sales if necessary.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills to build rapport with clients / team members and promote upselling opportunities for products and services.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics and skincare products.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within a med spa environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with various aesthetic procedures such as facials, microneedling, dermabrasion, and laser treatments.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is essential for creating a positive client experience.
• Knowledge of retail sales strategies to effectively promote products and services is beneficial. Join our team of dedicated professionals where your expertise will be valued, and your passion for aesthetics can flourish!
• Experienced Aestheticians with an established client list will receive increased compensation if they can hit the ground running with appointments.

Compensation

• Pay Structure is commission-based for both services and products with a top-of-market commission share for experienced estheticians with an established client list. Aestheticians keep all tips / gratuity earned from clients.
• Backbar treatments costs will be charged on the services before the commission split is applied.
• Aestheticians can dictate their work schedules, but preferred candidate should be able to dedicate at least 4 days / week and at least 30 hours per week. Business Hours are 10 AM-5 PM Monday through Thursday and 10-3 Friday & Saturday.

Additional Details

• Aestheticians will be provided with all backbar products, equipment, and a room to provide treatments.

Job Type: Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
