Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, LED light therapy, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, eyelash extensions, body waxing and makeup application with precision and care.
• Administer advanced procedures such as esthetic laser treatments and deep tissue massage to enhance client results.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards to ensure a clean, hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Provide detailed product demonstrations and recommend retail products tailored to individual skincare needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and creating a relaxing experience for each client.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, techniques, and product innovations to offer cutting-edge services.
• Assist in retail sales efforts by educating clients about available products and services to boost client satisfaction and revenue.

Skills

• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and other skincare procedures.
• Strong communication skills for effectively explaining treatments and product benefits to clients.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a spa or salon environment.
• Ability to perform retail sales confidently while maintaining a focus on client needs.
• Experience with product demos and educating clients on skincare routines.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
