Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Esthetician who is motivated, professional, and growth-oriented.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Wants to grow within a medical aesthetics environment
• Is confident in client interaction and sales
• Is willing to contribute to client acquisition and retention

Compensation Structure (Commission-Based)

• 20%–40% per service performed
• 10%–15% commission on retail sales

No hourly pay. Compensation is based on productivity and performance.

Schedule

• Part-time
• Flexible schedule
• Must be available for peak times (evenings/weekends as needed)

ResponsibilitiesClient Experience

• Provide high-quality, customized skincare services
• Deliver a professional, luxury-level client experience
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment space

Skincare Services (Within Scope)

• Customized facials
• Acne treatments
• Superficial chemical peels
• Microdermabrasion
• Hydration / anti-aging treatments
• Post-procedure support facials
• HydraFacial / hydrodermabrasion treatments

All services performed using clinic protocols and products.

Client Education & Conversion

• Educate clients on skincare routines and treatment plans
• Recommend services and retail products
• Identify candidates for advanced treatments and refer to Provider

Retail Sales

• Recommend clinic-approved skincare products
• Support bundled treatment plans
• Maintain product knowledge

Client Growth

• Contribute to new client acquisition through:
• Personal network
• Social media
• Referrals

Front Desk Support & Operations

• Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed:
• Greeting clients
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering calls/texts
• Support daily clinic flow
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay: $16.90 - $25.00 per hour
