Licensed Aesthetician- facials & body treatments

Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Aesthetician to provide exceptional facial and body treatments in a professional spa or med spa setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, skincare, esthetic procedures, and customer service, with the ability to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients. This role offers an opportunity to utilize advanced skincare techniques, including dermal fillers, Botox, laser treatments, and body waxing, while delivering personalized care that enhances client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, dermabrasion, and product demos tailored to individual skin types.
• Administer body treatments such endosphere, vacuum, cavitation, wood therapy
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and upselling treatment packages to clients.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client records management.
• Ensure excellent guest services by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client needs effectively.
• Assist with front desk duties when necessary, including check-in/check-out processes and appointment confirmations.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Strong management skills with familiarity using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare routines and product use.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within the spa or med spa industry.
