Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed, experienced Aesthetician to join our team for a full-time position (min 4 days per week). The ideal candidate is skilled in delivering results-oriented facials, microneedling, laser treatments, chemical peels, and body contouring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of customized facials and laser treatments including (but not limited to):
  • Hydrafacial, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Body Contouring, Ultherapy, Laser Hair Removal, Morpheus 8, IPL and more!
• Consult with clients to recommend facials, lasers, skin tightening, body contouring and more.
• Maintain detailed client records, before/after photos, and treatment plans
• Ensure the treatment space is clean, sanitized, and stocked
• Provide product and skincare regimen recommendations
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and education

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

• SkinPen + other device specific certifications

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid state Aesthetician License in Kansas
• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience performing facials and skincare treatments
• Passionate about skincare and client results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Punctual, professional, and polished appearance
