EverOak Dermatology & Aesthetics Center (Celina, TX)

Position Type: Part-time to start, with planned growth to full-time
Compensation: $22–$25/hr + 18–20% performance bonus on services
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as a licensed aesthetician

EverOak Dermatology & Aesthetics Center — a new, physician-owned dermatology practice opening in Celina — is seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Aesthetician to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help build the aesthetics arm of a medical dermatology practice from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Perform aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, laser treatments, and skincare consultations
• Assist with pre- and post-treatment patient education
• Recommend customized skincare regimens and support product sales
• Collaborate with the dermatologist on treatment planning and patient care
• Support clinic operations during quieter times (patient education, content creation, events, outreach — all during paid hours)
• Help develop and refine treatment protocols, packages, aesthetic workflows, and growth strategies

Schedule

• Starts part-time (approx. 20 hours/week)
• Planned increase to full-time (32–40 hours/week) as clinic volume grows (We do not anticipate a long wait — strong demand is expected in the Celina/Prosper market)

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$25 per hour, based on experience

Requirements

• Active Texas Aesthetician License
• Minimum 2 years of experience (medical aesthetics strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of skincare lines and treatment selection
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence
• Comfort educating patients and recommending products
• High reliability, integrity, and a desire to grow long-term
