We offer a comprehensive, guided program designed specifically for new graduates:

✔ Hands-on training in working with children, families, and complex cases

✔ Clear benchmarks to help you confidently progress toward full licensure

✔ Ongoing mentorship—not just supervision

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and families
  • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other providers
  • Participate in weekly supervision and team consultation
  • Grow your clinical skills in a supportive, team-based environment

Who You Are

  • Graduating with a Master’s degree in a licensure tract, 60+ credits Counseling or related field (May graduates encouraged!)
  • Eligible for LAPC licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Passionate about working with children and families
  • Eager to learn, grow, and be part of a team
