Licensed BCBA (PhD) – Behavioral Analysis Consultant

The HealN Space is a multidisciplinary behavioral health organization committed to providing high-quality, trauma-informed mental health and behavioral services. Our mission is to create accessible and culturally responsive care for individuals, families, and communities.

We are currently expanding our behavioral health services and are seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a PhD in Behavioral Analysis or a related field to join our organization for credentialing and clinical consultation purposes.

Position Overview

The HealN Space is seeking a highly qualified BCBA with a doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or Applied Behavior Analysis to support our organization through credentialing and clinical oversight within behavioral services. This role will help support the expansion of evidence-based behavioral interventions and strengthen our ability to provide comprehensive services to clients.

The ideal candidate is experienced in behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and ethical oversight, and is passionate about improving access to behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a credentialed BCBA provider within The HealN Space network.
  • Provide clinical consultation and oversight related to behavioral analysis services when needed.
  • Assist with the development of evidence-based behavioral intervention frameworks within the organization.
  • Support compliance with BACB ethical standards and professional guidelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers including therapists, psychiatrists, and behavioral specialists.
  • Participate in occasional case consultation or program development discussions.
  • Ensure behavioral services align with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Minimum Qualifications

  • PhD in Behavioral Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or closely related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active and unrestricted professional license in the state of practice (if required)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience practicing as a BCBA
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessment, and intervention strategies
  • Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary behavioral health teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in behavioral health organizations or integrated care settings
  • Background in clinical supervision or program development
  • Experience working with diverse populations

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. This role is primarily structured for credentialing and consultation support, with opportunities for expanded collaboration as services grow.
