We represent an outpatient mental health clinic that is seeking an Adult Psychiatrist who values collaboration, balance, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions across 18–64-year-old adult patients with commercial insurance and strong, supportive social structures
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including medication management, therapy, and lifestyle changes
• Provide psychotherapy and/or collaborate with therapists as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations and practice policies
• Educate patients and families/caregivers (as needed) on diagnoses, medications, and treatment options

Qualifications

• Board-certified, or Board-eligible, with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
• Active and unrestricted State Medical Board of Ohio license, or willingness to obtain (licensure fees will be reimbursed)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered, evidence-based mental health care
• Desire to work in a supportive, value-driven environment where you are responsible for clinical decision making.
• Experience in outpatient and telehealth settings preferred (but not required)

Pay: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
