Position Overview

We are seeking a Dubai Municipality–licensed Civil Engineer to join our technical team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for project design coordination, permit submissions, and site supervision in accordance with DM regulations and UAE construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and submit structural and civil drawings for Dubai Municipality approval. - Supervise project execution to ensure compliance with approved designs and local authority requirements.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and government departments for inspections and NOCs. - Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, and technical documentation for ongoing projects.

Maintain compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and project delivery timelines.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

Valid Dubai Municipality Engineer Licence under the DEQS (Dubai Engineering Qualification System).

Minimum 3 -5 years of UAE experience in building or civil construction projects. Knowledge of Dubai Municipality submission procedures, local building codes, and authority standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management tools.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications Membership with the Society of Engineers – UAE.

Experience handling G+4 to G+Unlimited category projects.

Valid UAE Driving License.

Preference will be given to candidates from Kerala who meet the required qualifications and have relevant UAE experience.

Employment Type Full-Time

Permanent Salary Commensurate with experience and licence category.
